she's wonderful but her new show is not it. i'm not connecting with the thrust of the narrative, if there even is one. it feels like it's more about the white dude than her.

also it's trying to be funny but isn't very funny at all? a pratfall in the first 2 minutes? no thanks!

i'm intrigued by the difference in teaching styles between the old white dude and the young professor. and holland taylor is great but the show overall? not feeling it.

that said, i've only seen the first ep. maybe i'll give it a few more eps.

I want to support Sandra’s work but I think I would be more enthused to watch it if it had just been made into a film! May still give it a go, though!

It's definitely worth it. The 2 nd half touches on SO MUCH, like how we feel like we owe men anything, etc and she gets called out a ton for her BS. And Holland Taylor's character is a badass, which you don't see at first.
