I'm glad the deal's done! I'm looking forward to seeing him properly helm the mantle for a feature length film esp has the TV show only had him as Cap for the finale.

I hope Sebastian comes back but I will assume it's likely a cameo or a small role because I expect Torres to be brought into the fold as Falcon.

I have a feeling that if Sebastian does come back, it might be his last appearance. I don't know how much further they can take Bucky.

I saw that and there's no way that's true. I wish they would do a What If episode based on [Spoiler (click to open)]Bucky training Natasha in the Red Room like the comics. Although it's already pretty detailed in the comics so unlikely to be an episode on What If.

It's a shame though because that storyline was a huge thing for Bucky and Natasha in the comics, and it's a shame it never got explored in the MCU. A hugely missed opportunity.

I think they're trying to move away from the characters in the first four phases so I don't think it makes sense to put Bucky with Yelena when she has so many other avenues to explore outside of the Red Room.

Sebastian signed like a 10 picture deal when he signed on for the first CA movie and he’s got at least 3+ movies left. And I’m also fairly certain he has at least one more season of the show, too.

I always assumed those original contracts were renegotiated at some point to add in the TV show, as I don't think that was in the 9-pic deal. I def think Bucky is done after Cap 4 or Avengers 5 (whenever that will be).

I'd like a s2 of TFatWS though.

I mean, I don’t know any insider info, but Sebastian is one of the few cast members that has really had free reign to do things he wants outside of Marvel so I’d assume he just negotiated for the show. But I also think because he isn’t a main star, he’s more likely to show up even after his contract ends.
