He needs to go back to his Draco Malfoy look asap. When he has facial hair he looks like some scummy trailer park host who rides around on a golf buggy all day collecting rent.
He probably grew it out because of his baby face and wanted to look more ~manly~.... but just some faces do not work well with facial hair. *speaking from personal experience*
