hands down her best album to me. DiL was fine, but she really fucking DID THAT with bday!!! i still get chills when i listen to "deja vu"

I went back and forth on Bday but I think the significance of DIL (cementing her as a solo powerhouse) makes it the more impactful album also to me DIL was kind of like her "second album" in the sense that she was breaking away from DC and had that "second album" pressure for her debut since expectations were so high.
