Jack Whitehall ("Clifford the Big Red Dog", "Frozen") of the other green-themed movie coming out this Friday, "Jungle Cruise", is happy with his character's coming out scene in the film. Phrases such as "coming out" and "scene" are very loosely used.

The Variety article outlines the scene - spoilers for the umpteenth "coming out" scene in a Disney film -

[Spoiler (click to open)]The character says he broke off three engagements with women because his “interests happily lay elsewhere.” He goes on to say that he would do anything for his sister Lily (Emily Blunt), because she was the only one who “stood by” him while he was shunned by family and friends because of who he “loved.”

The article says 'he doesn't say the word "gay"', but I'm not sure if that's in this conversation or in the movie - probably the former.

Is that the "intense scene for younger viewers" Disney is constantly warning us about in promo for this movie? Stay tuned.
