The 2nd District Court of Appeal has disqualified Angelina and Brad's private judge. Stating the following:

"Judge Ouderkirk's ethical breach, considered together with the information disclosed concerning his recent professional relationships with Pitt's counsel, might cause an objective person, aware of all the facts, reasonably to entertain a doubt as to the judge's ability to be impartial. Disqualification is required"

This basically means that the custody fight over the couple's minor children might be starting over.

In May, Jolie's attorney's criticized the judge's decision to not allow the couple's children to testify in the proceedings when they wanted to do it.

This ruling, however, does not specify if the children could be allowed to testify in the future.

Out of Angelina Jolie's kids Maddox is turning 20 this year and already testified not in favor of Pitt, Pax is turning 18 this november and Zahara will be turning 17 early next year, which means that if 2 of the kids that wanted to testified and were not allowed by the judge were Pax and Zahara, they might end up testifying if they are already 18 years of age by the time the next custody procedure begins.
