It's my second language and when I'm not working with English words or names I default to sounding things out the same way I would with a Spanish word or name I haven't seen before. It's really not as hard as people seem to think, English is an awkward AF language for pronunciation and most other languages are a bit more sensible about it lol.

As an Asian I sometimes have a hard time with names but this seems to be pronounced exactly like it sounds so unless people are now too lazy to read letters (which I noticed from a yt man in the last work meeting I attended) I think only someone actively trying to be racist would get it wrong.
