• Season two of the hit show hit Netflix today.
• This season picks up immediately after the events of the season one finale and follows Devi as she tries to juggle relationships with Ben and Paxton, while her mother Nalini tries to move on after her husbands death. This season also introduces a frenemy for Devi named Aneesa (Megan Suri), a cool English teacher played by Utkarsh Ambudkar, and features Common who plays a rival dermatologist who butts heads with Nalini

• As reported previously Chrissy Teigen was originally supposed to have a voiceover role but "stepped away" following her (justified) cancellation. Gigi Hadid stepped in and replaced Teigen as Paxton's narrator. Andy Samberg also reprises his role as Ben's narrator in a short scene.
