Cardi B has been accused of stealing the theme for her 3-year-old daughter Kulture's birthday party. Hazel E, a fellow hip-hop artist, posted a pretty shady Instagram story after Cardi posted dozens of pictures and video clips of Kulture's party. Hazel E's daughter's party does look pretty similar, from the overall theme to the small details.
