Cedric the Entertainer has been chosen to be this years host for the Emmy Awards. CBS will air the ceremony. Cedric stars in the networks show The Neighborhood.
The ceremony will be a limited in-person event at the Microsoft Theatre in LA on September 19. Only nominees and their guests are being invited.
Emmy nominations will be announced tomorrow.
