July 4, 2021F9 continued to reigns its second weekend at the box office, with $24/$32 million 3-day/4-day weekend. With its 4-day weekend total, the film will pass the $500 million mark at the global box office.
The Boss Baby 2, which is also streaming on Peacock, debuted to $17.3 million 3-day and $23 million 4-day. The Forver Purge also debuted, with $12.7 million/$16 million. A Quiet Place Part II ($4.22 million) and The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard ($3 million) rounded out the top 5.
Zola, which debuted Wednesday, is on track for a $2.4 million 6-day in 1,400 theaters.
