I remember someone posted here years ago some interviews with her aunt or someone and she said Beyonce did NOT like him. He went after her for a while. She didn’t think he was attractive etc if I remember correctly. She was super duper young, and we all know how that goes ie Megan Fox, Celine Dion etc
