Im fond of the Maze Runner movies ngl. I think the cast makes them better than they should be but i enjoy them. Didnt read the books. Tried, hated it, stuck with the films.

Divergent the first film was okay ish. The second one was not lol

I think I hated the 2nd and 3rd movie because they literally had nothing to do with the books, especially the 3rd was like a whole new original story

I loved the first 2 Maze Runner films. Couldn't tell you a damn thing that happened in the third.

The books are definitely hard to get through. Thomas is basically a rock, but the other side characters are pretty cool. The first was my favorite.

Yeah tbh I really liked those, but my husband and laughed at the third because we were like [Spoiler (click to open)]SHE COULD HAVE JUMPED SHE HAD PLENTY OF TIMEEE but I think that was the point haha.

I watched all the Maze Runner movies just for the action sequences. I don't know who was in charge of that, but kudos to them because they were so well done.
Don't ask me any of the character names or to give you the main plot points because I couldn't tell you.
All I know is that it was entertaining af whenever they had to start running for their lives.

I read the first two Maze runner books and they were TERRIBLE, I remember the first movie being okay but I never watched the rest

I loooove maze runner. I used to be obsessed with the first one. I’m always surprised it didn’t I anywhere on AO3 - it seems like a shippers dream.

I liked Maze Runner more than any of the other teen dystopian offerings, I still rant about the ending of the books though, terrible. SO lazy. I really feel like it was one of the few book series adaptations that were better than the books.

Still wishing Rot & Ruin was made into movies :c I'd see those.

i thought the first movie (never read the books) was legit good, i was very engaged. the rest of them got boring.

I love the Maze Runner movies because of Dylan and the rest of the cast (except Kaya Scodelario, they did her character wrong). For me the books were better, except the prequel which was awful.

Haven't watched Divergent, the books were fine, what I expected.
