Derek Chauvin, the white cop who murdered George Floyd, has been sentenced to 22.5 years in prison by a Minnesota judge. Floyd was unarmed when Chauvin kneeled on top of his neck for nearly nine minutes in May of last year. His murder sparked protests around the world calling for police reform.
