I thought this was cancelled and that Ezra Miller was dropped due to his fucked up antics. Like, who would want to hire him after seeing a literal video of him aggressively assaulting and choking a fan. Dude got major serious issues especially anger issues. Zero chill. Heartbreaking. My crush on him is long done dead forever and I’m not mourning over him done being buried 6 feet under. Fuck him.

I’m not in the Flash fandom but I do remember there being a lot happening around racism with his costar and him only ever speaking up when he got stick from fans, or his white costar did.

I have no idea if he ever did stick up for her, but it gave me big ‘marvel guys defend crisp rat’ vibes and I can’t get with that.

he did eventually post a video, like point blank saying candice is his iris, he supports her, etc. i don't remember what prompted it, but it was very pointedly a 'this is something i should have done a long time ago and am finally doing now' instagram story video. and i know last summer, both candice and grant made it obvious that she had a long talk with him about his lack of support and using his voice, and he started posting a lot about blm after that
