Toni Collette should be 3 or 4 oscars in by now. One of the greatest actors of her generation!! One of the best Aussie actors of all time!!! I’ll go all in relentlessly for TC for the rest of my life!!!

I remember the previews for Hereditary called it this generation's exorcist and all i kept thinking was that if Ellen Burstyn won for the Exorcist, then Toni has a chance! But alas... the true meaning of snubbed.

I think a lot of Australian actors are really fond of the ABC and pop up in the odd production when they can. Cate Blanchett did Stateless.

I know she has flashier roles, but the ones that stick with me are her Velvet Goldmine and The Hours performances. She was barely in the latter, but really left a strong impression in an already stacked cast. It makes me happy she’s become a household name, somewhat, and that is universally seen as a fantastic actress by all types and generations.
