I predict she’ll get criticized more. First round of casting announced like 12 actors and everyone criticized Anya for signing up for it while ignoring the other male actors.

For me personally I expect better of women. I have less than zero expectations for men.

I know a lot of us on here live vicariously through female celebs so that we expect better of them because of how we would act in their positions but it’s very unfair and unbalanced to let the men get away with it scot-free.

I mean maybe that’s the reason men do get away with it more. Also real talk some women on here clearly get their insecurities triggered hard by some female celebs for being pretty, popular (talented or mediocre), skinny, and successful…I’m not believe that doesn’t play a part in some of mindset and commentary.

Well yeah, I’ve said multiple times that being a skinny pretty woman let’s you get away with things. Margot has pranced around in native headdresses, dressed up in a cowboys and Indians party, and has worked with multiple questionable and outright abusive men. Yet she produces supposedly “feminist” movies and gets a pass for everything cause people think she’s beautiful. So yes, I’ll have more thoughts on her than an idiot like Christian bale.

But Christian Bale had his infamous baleout and didn’t get reprimanded but it turned into a famous meme. He witnessed DOR yelling at Amy Adams (he stepped him and helped her)continues to work with DOR despite the accusations around him.

I don’t think Margot is above criticism but letting Christian Bale off the hook doesn’t make sense.
