Thankfully actually no dog in the dalmatian movies gets killed and skinned, but obviously yes for wanting that she is a horrible person and I won't dispute that just because she had one line that rings true. I remember they ampted up her fur obession in the first live action especially a lot that it definitely had the effect on me of seeing people wearing fur as bad people.
