So I’m on the way home from work but a friend has been sending me her updates while watching it.
She’s convinced Matthew Perry is drunk AF and that his comment about how ‘noone contacts me’ was awkward as shit.
I’m so torn on whether to watch this. I love the cast and I can’t blame the rest of them if they’ve had to cut him out (addiction is awful) but it is sad.
I watched it and the 'no one answers to me' was actually funny, not really awkward. it got big laughs.
I don't think he was drunk at all, but i do think the slow talking and stuff is probably due to his drugs/alcohol abuse from many years ago.
Just finished it. He's not cut at all, and has some funny moments. I thought he'd be worse, but he kept doing his classic Matthew/Chandler jokes for a good chunk of the special.
