Of course! Gaslighting is a term from a film made in 1944 where a man marries a woman he doesn't love for her immense wealth. He doesn't love her but wants her money so instead of killing her he slowly begins manipulating her by turning down the gas lamps in their home and waiting for her to come into the rooms, and when she says it's so dark in here turn up the lamps he begins to tell her it's bright and sunny and she should get her eyes checked. Over time this woman begins to doubt her own sense of reality becoming more and more reliant on him and the film I believe ends with her being committed.

Gaslighting is the pathological and sustained effort to convince a person their own sense of right and wrong is warped, and it's done for gain (manipulation is a gain). Often in place of trusting yourself you become reliant on one person (the manipulator) to tell you what's right or wrong. Abusive people often gaslight people.

But a lot of times you see the internet say if someone in an argument said no that's not what happened then it's gaslighting. But it isn't. Gaslighting isn't a disagreement- it's sustained effort and extremely damaging and often something that harms the victim long after the gaslighting or relationship ends. Also a disagreement doesn't necessarily mean gaslighting, gaslighting often has intent behind it to purposefully manipulate you.
