Yes. It would. I hope Netflix picks it up like they did Lucifer. I enjoy my weekly doses of Michael Sheen, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Bellamy Young.

Yeah I think it could definitely do similarly well on Netflix as Lucifer did, having a shorter format can really help with wasting less time on having to think up 20+ police cases of the week on a show which otherwise has a much more unique and interesting premise than that. Most viewers care way more about the family dynamics then they do about the procedural element

i think they could also get away with doing longer cases on netflix vs a case-of-the-week, assuming they got a smaller episode order to keep the production value high (like a season or half-season at least somewhat focusing on a single killer/case vs each episode having only its own case)
