Okay, but do individual pieces of media exist to reflect the world, even though it is realistic for white people to have all white friends even in a diverse city (our cities and workplaces are mad segregated in the US), or does it exist to entertain? Like, people's diversity critiques are seldom aimed at the bigger picture.
