I think this is a weird series. Or well, it could venture quickly into "inspiring" the wrong people the wrong way.

But hey, why is she cutting fish out of her diet? Plastic?

Some of the videos are very triggering. I saw some videos that were covered by dietists on youtube and that made it a little better.

There is literally an ad campaign where I live at the moment thats all "SEEN SEASPIRACY????? DO YOU HAVE A BABY??????" advertising their fish free formula. Didn't know formula had any fish in it but I assume for omega 3 or something.

Anyway my heavily pregnant hormonal ass panicked and looked up the formula (I wasn't able to breastfeed after my first as I was too ill) and I can NOT afford that shit. Then you click around their website and they're all PAY EVEN MORE for our organic version free of HORMONES and now I'm a mess of nerves in case I can't breastfeed and have to use Cow and Gate.

Slightly ot rant over sorry lol but it's been playing on my mind since I saw it last night.

as someone who has had issues with disordered eating (and still does but is managing it now), I find them pretty triggering and I won't watch them unless it's via a 'commentary' type of video by a dietician or nutritionist (eg: Abbey Sharp, who is an actual RD).
