Katie Holmes has dumped her boyfriend of less than a year due to trust issues.
A source says that Katie began to wonder if she was Emilio Vitolo's rebound since she started dating him while he was still with his longtime girlfriend.
It also caused Katie to question if he was genuinely into her or dating her for fame. “Katie started to wonder if Emilio - who has dreams of making it big in Hollywood - had ulterior motives for dating her.”
