-Tom Cavanagh (Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash/about a hundred other Wells characters) was originally due to exit the show at the end of season 6, but with covid shutting production

I'm not sad to lose either of them.

I like them both as actors, but the characters have become tired. I'm sure they'll be back at some point, though.

considering they haven't done anything with cisco for so long, i'm unsurprised. a big loss tbh since carlos has charisma and can act. danielle is right there.

kinda meh about tom cav. i prefer matt letscher as eobard thawne so hopefully him exiting means he can come back. i will miss him as e2 wells.

i loved him in s1 as thawne but when e2 wells arrived on the scene, he wiped the floor with eobard's ass in being the sassiest tom cav mofo. just let matt come back!!!!!

No more Wells...such a joyus day. Love Tom but...they played him out to death.

Love Carlos as well but after you make Cisco whine about having to play superhero because he has powers and cant possibly lead a normal life leading him to take "the cure" only to have him create gadgets that replicate his former powers so he can go save the day with Barry....the character gets annoying.

The whole thing with the ~cure was ridiculous tbh, they did Cisco so dirty with the shit writing.

They should have let Tom just be E2 Wells or Eobard and keep him as that longterm, because tbqh people just got tired of the constant new Wells every season as a foil or plot device because the show couldn't come up with anything more interesting than relying on TomCav's acting for the umpteenth time.

that whole direction with cisco was so weird. i think he would like having powers bc it meant he was able to protect people? him making gadgets that replicated his powers was hella weird, too. it totally cancelled out him being needed. it was not smart at all.

None of the Wells since Harry have been good so I’m ok with Tom leaving but cisco :( yeah the whole cure thing was dumb but I’m going to miss him

honestly I’m more annoyed that Caitlin is still around than anything lol like we lose those two but are stuck with Caitlin AND frost?! As two separate people?? No thank you

i just watched the most recent episode and i cannot believe this season they are really trying to 1) make her carry an entire freaking ARC and 2) are trying to convince me frost has atoned for stabbing barry in the leg, working with savitar to murder iris, threatening the team on several occasions, human trafficking, and existing.

honestly, danielle cannot act and giving her two characters just proves it further. (also caitlin calls frost her "sister"????)

I watched the episodes last night and it was so bad, her acting was laughable and the story was weak af too and now Frost goes down as some legend and hero. LOL

Candice is so much better and they give her nothing.
