-Tom Cavanagh (Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash/about a hundred other Wells characters) was originally due to exit the show at the end of season 6, but with covid shutting production down he returned for the start of season 7. Since 7x03 he has been a 'recurring guest star'.
-Carlos Valdes (Cisco Ramon/Vibe) will also be leaving by the end of season 7, and has chosen not to renew during the current contract renewal period ahead of season 8 (though has been wanting to leave for about 3 years according to bts rumours).
-OP hasn't watched the show since start of season 6 and is in mourning, but at least they're both free of this mess.
-With TomCav and Carlos leaving, it is now the sole responsibility of Candice Patton and Jesse L. Martin to carry the show.
