I know that people are kind of over this but give me Cillian and Djimon and more tension - don't really care about the kids although they are great child actors.

I honestly live for scenes in movies of the chaos during an attack where the world falls apart and I feel this film will have a few of those. My fave is Dawn of the Dead 2004 (honestly I'm living for Army of the Dead which is coming out soon just because of this).

Ughhhh I LOVED that movie as a kid. Would watch it everytime it came on on SyFy. Probably my favorite zombie movie ever besides Train to Busan.

Oh yeah this and Train to Buscan are in my top 3 for sure, 28 Days Later is up there too even if they're 'infected' rather than zombies.

My fave scene of that kind is Sarah and Sandra driving in the car in Birdbox

yessss, those scenes give me LIFE. I think "Black Summer" (a zombie series on Netflix, with Jaime King) is another good example because all the episodes are like one long opener, if I remember correctly.

it was good enough! I think I liked it, it had an eerie atmosphere and it felt like there was just that constant terror looming.

it's not bad but i didn't remember much of it until i looked up the wiki plot summaries. the characters are kind of shallow but if you like Zombie Stuff it's worth a watch.

Not really, IMO. The acting and writing don't live up to the potential of the concept.
