Masterpiece 'Paddington 2' Replaces 'Citizen Kane' as the top-rated film on Rotten Tomatoes

- Citizen Kane, which is commonly branded as one of the best films of all time, has slipped from it's 100-percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, after a review from 80 years ago was added to the site.
- The 1941 now has a 99-percent rating, meaning 'Paddington 2' has surpassed it to the top spot.
- The review was published in The Chicago Tribune on 7 May 1941 titled - "Citizen Kane Fails to Impress Critic as Greatest Ever Filmed" by Mae Tinée, a pseudonym then used for the paper's film critics.
