Netflix has confirmed that BOTH movies will be available to watch on June 3rd! They've released an official trailer, and decided that the Outers were worth a mention ('bout time someone respects the Outers!). Seems like they start the trailer with Usagi in a variety of languages, to promote the worldwide release.
