Sienna Miller reveals why she hated being called an 'It girl'
In an interview with The Daily Telegraph (via Daily Mail), Sienna Miller looks back on her enduring career in the public eye
She says she does not take the IT GIRL title as a compliment
'It was upsetting at the time. I don't even know what ['It girl'] means but it does sound reductive. It doesn't sound nice,' she told the publication.
She tells the magazine that she always wanted to 'kick her way out of that box'.
Sienna also says she has sworn off taking 'wife and girlfriend' roles.
The actress is currently filming new political series Anatomy Of A Scandal in London, where she plays the wife of a shamed politician played by Rupert Friend.
