I love that Maddie and Chimney named the baby after his mom! That was so sweet. And holy shit, I'm broken because of the scene where Chimney was talking to Albert in the hospital - Kenneth knocked it out of the park.

Lone Star is also breaking me tonight. Calling it now that the conversation about Tommy's twins was foreshadowing for Grace and Judd and they're also having twins.

Chimney KILLED it in that scene. I was getting choked up. I also adore JHK and have since The Librarians. I want him to stick around!

The baby is named Jee-Yun, after Chimney's mom.

And nope, I think they each have fifteen episodes this season.

That's super cool tbh not how shows like this usually go.

Nia's cute and a great addition to Hen and Karen's family, but Hen and Karen signed up to be foster parents, which means they knew going in that the kids that lived with them wouldn't necessarily live with them forever.

I agree. I get they formed a strong emotional bond, a year is a long time. But also the goal is reunification?

Obviously Judd and Grace being religious isn't new, especially with that ugly ass tattoo, but I'm rolling my eyes at this Judd was "saved" storyline. Did Jim Parrack have this shit in his contract or something? It's waaaay overhanded for what we normally see in these kind of shows.

Also, both shows having car accidents involving main and guest characters on the same night is a bit much.

it was really overhanded and I get the feeling it's something both Jim and Sierra don't mind pushing for since they're both very religious and she was live tweeting tonight about how happy she was she got to speak about the "Truth" through Grace during this episode... had me a bit...well.

Gross. It was so over the top that I debated changing the channel and saying fuck it I’m out. I’m gonna give them the chance to even back out a bit but if it keeps going while Grace is recovering, I will drop it completely. I was already annoyed with the “the first thing my dad is gonna ask is why he doesn’t have grandkids yet” that happened right before the crash.

Was he like this when he was on True Blood? I had such a crush on him as Hoyt but then on this he just grosses me out and I noticed How religious he has gotten and it’s made it even worse for me.
