Theresa Halbach's Toyota RAV4 was hidden among the junked vehicles in a salvage yard not far from Steven Avery’s home. Now, a newspaper delivery driver admits to seeing Bobby Dassey and another individual "suspiciously pushing" that RAV4 a few days after the murder.

Bobby is the brother of Brendan, who is still serving time in jail.

Thomas Sowinski was delivering a paper to their property, and as he turned the car around to leave, Bobby "attempted to step in front of his car to block him from leaving the property."

He didn't realize the significance of that at the time, but a few days later reported it to the Manitowoc Sheriff’s Office. They waved him off and said they already knew who did it.

Steven Avery's lawyer Kathleen Zellner filed a motion on Monday, saying: “In the absence of the suppressed evidence presented in Mr. Sowinski’s affidavit, Mr. Avery did not receive a fair trial.”
