Why Are Streaming Services removing "Call Me By Your Name"?

Today in "Oh, that's actually cancel culture", People are finding their palylists and libraries one song short - Lil Nas X's "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" is being suspiciously silenced.

Spotify playlists are skipping it (Mine even removed the extended version, I had to add it back)

I don't know if it's a joke thing, where he asked it to be removed ad will put it back, but it's strange. The three variants (Extended, Radio, music only) is here on Spotify.
