Harvey Weinstein is truly rotting away while locked up in prison. His lawyers say hes technically blind and in need of an eye operation, has lost four teeth and may have more removed, has spinal stenosis and can't walk without a walker, and has heart problems and sleep apnea.
These health issues were laid out today as his lawyers were in court objecting to Harvey possibly being extradited to Los Angeles, where hours earlier, the city indicted Harvey on 11 counts of sexual assault. The extradition decision will not be made until April 30.
Last year, Harvey was convicted of rape and sexual assault in New York and was sentenced to 23 years in prison. These new counts could add another 140 years to his sentence if convicted.
