Alex Vincent will reprise his role as Andy Barclay in the series, which also sees Christine Elise McCarthy return as Kyle. Fiona Dourif is also returning as Nica.
New cast members also include Lexa Doig and Barbara Alyn Woods.

Barbara Alyn Woods joins daughter Alyvia Alyn Lind and will star as Mayor Michelle Cross. She's determined to maintaining Hackensack's safe image despite the rising violence and is concerned about her daughters Lexy and Caroline (the latter portrayed by daughter Alyvia).
