"Katherine Forrest, a former federal judge who conducted the WarnerMedia probe, told the Hollywood Reporter in a statement that in interviews with more than 80 witnesses, she found "no credible support for claims of racial animus" or racial "insensitivity." Whedon declined to comment."

From experience, I'm gonna say that when (white) people say racist shit they're REALLY choosy about who they say that shit around. It's typically in front of the person they're saying the racist shit too AND people they know won't call them out on it.

It could also be and again this is from experience, that (white) people tend to not notice racist shit as they'll brush it away with "I know that in their hearts they didn't mean it." Or won't acknowledge shit because again, they like their white privilege.

This. And from having to call people out on microaggressions *it's apparent that a lot of them don't realize that's a form of racism too.

I've also found that when I'm in the office and it's just me and another white person in a room, they'll throw out a testing question. I remember a new coworker sliding up with a "so what do you think about all that Kaepernick stuff" and after I said I agreed with him, she never came to me again.

I'm sure if I had agreed with her, she would have thought I was her new racist best buddy to gossip with behind closed doors.

For me, the proof has been shown by people who looked White to White people but were, in fact, p.o.c.
Story after story I've heard in media or in person, from those people talking about how in front of p.o.c. White people act one way, and then when they think they're only among themselves, say racist shit like it's going out of style and they gotta get it all out.

I remember Wentworth Miller had stories like that, since white people didn't know he was half-black.

Yup. People say shite in front of my husband all the time (Hopi/Romani/Scottish) all the time and he's like, 'Yeah. Fuck y'all. To hell and back.'
