-A documentary film about the Nickelodeon Network, telling the story of its humble origins deep into the SNICK years.

-Wanted to be the opposite of Disney and not treat kids like they were dumb.

-Appears to have quietly been released in 2018 but came to Hulu in 2020 with no real promotion.

I really miss those days.

Does anyone else who has kids in their lives notice they really dislike live action shows and movies? I feel like there are waaaay less live action kid shows now and they think they're boring as a result.

I still watch Power Rangers every now and then and they have dumbed it down so much more than what it was in the 90s it's ridiculous.

YES. and then when they do watch live action it’s fucking Blippie. the quality they’re consuming makes me weep.

i'm a teacher and some of my students seem to have a really hard time sitting still and watching movies

I feel like children have no attention span anymore bc of all of the tech thrown at them to distract them. They don't engage in activities that require concentration (reading)
