Evan Peters is set as the lead in Ryan Murphy's limited Netflix series about Jeffrey Dahmer. Niecy Nash, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun Brown, and Colin Ford join him. It tells the story from the point of view of Dahmer's victims, which dives deep into the police incompetence, apathy, and white privilege that allowed him to go free.
Miller and Richard Jenkins play Dahmer's parents, Joyce and Lionel. Nash is the female lead, Glenda Cleveland, who called the police and FBI several times to alert them to no avail. Brown plays his last intended victim, Tracy, who led the cops to Dahmer. Ford is Chazz.
