Disgraced Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes is Pregnant
Ever wonder why horrible people choose to procreate? Well, today's edition involves Elizabeth Holmes. She founded the blood testing company Theranos, which was based on pseudoscience and defrauded investors of millions of dollars. She faces multiple felony fraud charges and faces 20 years in prison. Federal prosecutors were reportedly blindsided by the news.
Holmes, 37, is the subject of documentaries from HBO and 20/20 and will allegedly be played by Jennifer Lawrence and Kate McKinnon in upcoming separate film adaptations.
