Netflix has officially renewed Selling Sunset for seasons 4 and 5 while the breakout series Bling Empire has been renewed for another season.

I wonder if part of the reason they showed it, is because of how the psychiatrist handled it. It was hard to watch and I was scared for her, but the shrink who I initially thought was probably a quack, seemed to do exactly what was necessary in the moment during that last session.

Yeah he was part of the reason I didn't end up finishing the show.

They just announced yesterday they broke up which is interesting timing. Makes me wonder if she really has managed to get away from him or if they're lying cause Netflix told her she was only invited back and not him so they're going to hide they're still together?
I just don't think she's really gotten the rose coloured glasses off (given how gushing about him her break up post was) and realised how abusive he is.

I really hope she's truly removed herself from him and is getting the support she needs

Honestly, I don't believer her. She knows that it looks bad that they are together and he definitely can't be caught on screen again with how scary his behavior was on the show. I really hope she can break free from him some day.

yes, ia! I stopped watching the pilot / took a break form the show before picking it up again bc of him.

Seeing the way he would talk to the therapist in the couples therapy sessions just made everything worse too.

I was legitimately terrified by him. He was so unhinged. When it came out that she went back to him I was so upset, the fact that she's been hiding it is even scarier IMO.

I watched that therapist scene with my brother in law and we were honestly screaming at the tv because this dude as unhinge.

As someone who was married to an abuser, it was TOUGH to watch. I was so happy that Anna immediately called that shit out because no one around me ever did and most of my former "friends" remain close to him still.
