Bill Burr defends Gina Carano and whines about "cancel culture"

Bald comedian Bill Burr has defended his Mandalorian co-star Gina Carano saying she is an "absolute sweetheart" and "super nice". Gina was fired from The Mandalorian for comparing conservatives to Jews in the Holocaust, as well as criticizing Black Lives Matter, mocking trans people, and pushing conspiracy theories about the 2020 election and covid-19.

Bill went on to criticize "cancel culture" saying ""How it is out there, it's f****** crazy time. There's people waiting, just laying in the weeds... Now it's becoming, like, 'Hey you made an ignorant comparison. There goes your dream.' I look at that and say 'Who the f*** stands up to that?'"

Bill also whined about "cancel culture" back in October when he hosted SNL. He was upset people were trying to cancel deceased John Wayne for vile homophobic comments he made in an interview. In addition, Bill made misogynistic jokes about women and homophobic jokes about gay people complaining about them having Pride month. The jokes were met to awkward silence, something Bill is used to.
