I grew up watching the twins and did not think anything of it (brother for sale is a bop) but as an adult the sheer volume of stuff they did bothers me to my core. Did they even get much time to be kids or were they always on? Because the amount of their movies and shows I watched makes me think they were always working and that's sad.

Yeah I as a kid always thought they got some helluva mad hustlin’ lol. So to speak from some experiences in my earliest childhood as a bb model ~traveling~. I cannot imagine such things they must’ve been thru as kids working 24/7. And their strong work ethics are admirable to this day! So I can see where they came from.

I remember reading an interview with Lizzie and she was saying how their childhood vacations always turned into one of their movies. They couldn't even have a decent vacation for downtime :(

I’m very curious about their relationship with their parents. There has to be some resentment there. I just watched a short clip of them as teens on the today show and Matt Lauer asks them how they do so much and they’re like “oh we have time off. This is actually our off week” and it’s like, you’re promoting something on a TV show so yeah, their vacations weren’t even real vacations for sure.

One of the things that the Unauthorized Full House Story TV movie on Lifetime really nailed home was how the parents, when their kids were super small, were already figuring out how they could market them. It seemed like an extremely toxic environment they were raised in, with their parents only trying to figure out how much they could force their children into to make money.
