ONTD Original: 10 Jump scares that made you poop!!! 💩😱

Feb 16, 2021 18:53

ONTD, here's a list of a few jump scares that are so terrifying that they made you poop your pants out of fear when you watched them.

The only rule for this post is: Watch the entire thing and do not skip ahead in a video!

11. Hereditary - Nude people in the dark

The fact that this was ignored from most awards still baffles me.

Creepy Pasta time? )

Toni Collette was fucking robbed of an Oscar for Hereditary the only reason it wasn’t included was bc it’s like HORROR horror not just a thriller and they think it’s not ~highbrow or whatever enough. I’ll always be mad about that. Robbed!!!

I didn't love Hereditary past the first 30 minutes but Toni deserved more for that "with that face on your face" line alone, first time I'd been entertained/scared/aroused all at once tbh.

nope.

signs left my fully grown ass unable to deal with cornfields and naked windows. my curtains have been tightly drawn at night since i first saw that fucking movie. i raised three sons but i'll be goddamned if i can raise my ass to peek out a window at night.

I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM A FARM.

no, thanks.

(that scene in the exorcist 3 was the only thing to scare me out of all three movies)

The cornfield at night scene still terrifies me

I just imagine how scared I would be in his situation

i like to think i'd be all heroic, but i know from experience i'd just stand there and freeze until i was killed.

um. not experience as in ALIENS CAME FOR MY ASS but living in the boonies, hearing something that had me convinced something was coming to kill me, and completely freezing lol

signs is, to this day, still one of the scariest movies i've ever seen.

i re-watched it a few years back, and the CGI looks terrible now, but it's still just as terrifying.

As someone who got obsessed with horror at the age of 10, FUCK that lawn mower. Genuinely the only time my full-grown adult arse went "nah".

To me the biggest jump scare is still wee Haley Joel Osment attempting a piss while someone (I think it's the poor DV lady?) walks across the screen. Even as an adult I think of that scene and fastforward it mentally.

I was awake for 3 nights straight after that.

Between that and The Hole (starring beautiful deserved-better legend Thora Birch and doing-fine-thankfully Keira Knightley) I don't think I slept at all between 1999-2001.
