Yup. I'm leaving this post. I didn't realize there were so many just communicating with each other...? Like is it the same 5 marketing people in a room?

There's actually a private social media service for the social media staff of major brands where they coordinate shit like this. Almost 100% of it is planned out in advance (I suspect the Lionsgate one wasn't since it got deleted). It's run by a company called GasPedal. Their website obscures that it's what they do but I got pretty far along in the hiring process a couple years ago and that's how I found out.
