-Tomb Raider is turning 25! and with that comes the announcement that Crystal Dynamics plans to finally merge the TR timelines.
-No word yet on how the rebooted TR will play into the original timeline but with Lara being younger, it'll likely be a matter of age.
-Additionally Angelina Jolie's Tomb raider movie turned 20 this year!
-At the time of Tomb Raiders release it was the highest grossing female action film.
-Angelina partially took the role because of the locations it would film in and it would end up changing her life as the film came to Cambodia, it would end up the place where Angelina would adopt her first child, Maddox.
-Tomb Raider was greenlit for a 3rd film but Angelina decided to walk away from the franchise.
