Ryan Murphy's '9-1-1: Lonestar' and FOX have been accused of homophobia for cutting down same-sex kisses that were originally featured in the trailer but not in the final cut. A kiss between TK and Carlos (and a head kiss) was cut and people were fuming. (#Tarlos are one of the most popular characters in the show.)

I don't watch this show and I don't know anything about the characters mentioned in the post, but I remember this used to be a main complaint in seasons 2-4 of Glee after the show made a big deal of Kurt/Blaine's and Brittany/Santana's kisses... And then, barely any romantic gestures, while all the straight couples (especially Finn/Rachel) had regular PDA.
