That's exactly what it is which is why I'm not down with this.Just because it's in a "creative" environment as opposed to an office doesn't make it less skeevy.

I know people direct their actor significant other all the time, but this was a case of them getting together while on set and making it known while filming is still continuing. It's kind of weird. Especially since he replaced someone she fired.

Those were people who were already together at the time (Brad and Angelina, Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky, etc). She especially picked him to replace Shia, they are in the midst of filming AND they are dating? I'm sorry, that's just too much tacky.

Lol! If a male director hired a much younger actress to replace someone else whom they'd fired from the cast (and people were more than happy to give Olivia credit for that so they definitely weren't arguing she had no power then) and then was hooking up with them weeks into the shoot I feel very confident in saying ONTD would definitely not be arguing that it doesn't matter cos the director has no power. It's Hollywood so on the scale of potentially problematic situations it's probably on the lower scale but still, this would be a much different conversation if the sexes were reversed.

It's weird how some users are acting like the gender reversed situation is a good comparision as if most men, especially in positions of powers, aren't inherently gross. And Harry isn't a newbie lured in by the powerful Olivia, I'm sure there would be zero issues or consequences for his career should he indeed not want this relationship. But mostly I'm surprised people care this much about the supposed integrity of a dude tbh I sure as hell won't pretend that I do.
