I read her journal entries on suicide girls dot com from around that time, and she would really need an editor tbh

I feel like there’s been rumblings for awhile that she has been?

This is from 2017: https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/courtney-love-fired-memoir-ghostwriter-for-being-too-tell-all-198847/

It says she signed a deal in 2011 to write one lol

Id be into it if she didn't pathologically lie about so much. And I say this as a Hole fan. Great if she put one out but I definitely wouldn't take everything she says as gospel truth

I hope they call it a "memoir" and sell it in the fiction or fantasy section

i def think there would be a lot of explosive tea mixed in with a fair bit of fabrication/exaggeration, but tbh at this point in her life, being sober and all, i feel like she wouldn't gaf and *mostly* tell the truth

I think that was more photographs/diary entries if I'm not mistaken (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

it's not really, no. it's more like a visual collection of diary entries, letters, personal photos, artwork, etc. there's def some interesting content biography-wise, but there's no linear narrative beyond the content being organized chronologically. it's a book i'd rec to fans (it's stunning; also, def get the hardcover!) but not to people looking to just learn more about her life with a typical memoir/bio.
