It goes without saying at this point but she is soooooo effing dumb and entitled.

To make matters worse the girls in those pictures are her London friends and sister so they likely all flew in from London after the tier 4 restrictions prevented them from having her tradition nye party in London

I work in a hospital and still there are people on my commute not wearing masks.

I've cut so many people out because I just can't handle seeing them continuing to flout the rules whilst my work is in literal "disaster medicine mode".
