Zac Efron Lists Los Feliz Home, Buys Land in Australia

After spending the year in Australia and finding love with Aussie Vanessa Valladares, Zac Efron has listed his 5,644-square-foot Los Feliz home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms for $5.9 million. He purchased the home for just over $4 million in 2013.
This appears to be the final step of Zac committing himself to living in Australia permanently, after reportedly dropping $2 million on land in Tweed Valley, NSW. Efron put an offer in on a home in Byron Bay in September, according to The Daily Telegraph, but was outbid at the last minute by a rival buyer. In August, Efron successfully applied to extend his original Aussie tourist visa from three months to 12 months.
